
Refund Policy
At ML Horsemanship, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethical training and support for both horses and owners. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, please review our refund policy below before booking services.
1. Training Stays – No Refunds
Once a horse is booked in for a training stay at ML Horsemanship, no refunds will be issued, regardless of early withdrawal, changes of circumstance, or cancellations. A significant amount of preparation, time, and resource allocation goes into each booking to ensure the best care and training outcomes.
2. Course Packages and Block Bookings
Clients who choose to book a course of sessions at a discounted rate understand and agree that:

These packages are non-refundable once booked.

Missed sessions may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the session or under extenuating circumstances.

Discounted rates are offered on the understanding that the full course will be completed.

3. Individual Sessions and Other Services
For one-off sessions or ad hoc services:

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of ML Horsemanship.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email.

If a session is cancelled with adequate notice (typically [insert notice period, e.g. 48 hours]), we may offer to reschedule, subject to availability.
4. Cancellations by ML Horsemanship
If ML Horsemanship needs to cancel a session or service (e.g. due to illness, weather, or emergencies), clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment.
